We will implement the “Fair Trade Voluntary Compliance Program” internal systems overseen by the Fair Trade Commission. These initiatives aim to establish clear behavioral standards, improve legal compliance and ethical awareness, and prevent violations while fostering a culture of fairness.

Looking ahead, YK Steel will collaborate with employees and stakeholders to lead in compliance and ethical manage.

Hello, I am Young-Tae Kim, the Fair Trade Compliance Manager at YK Steel.

As of 01 DEC 2023, the Compliance Management Office, a permanent organization responsible for the implementation of the 'Fair Trade Compliance Program,' has been established. The Compliance Manager will oversee the development and revision of the compliance manual, organize events and training programs for employees, and monitor and sanction any violations of fair trade laws.

We will revise the strict disciplinary regulations for legal violations to ensure a more effective system. Please actively participate in company events and training. If you discover any violations during your work, do not hesitate to report them. In transactions with subsidiaries and partner companies, please ensure compliance with relevant laws through thorough prior reviews.

It is now time to elevate ethical management through active participation and ongoing commitment. I encourage everyone to take an interest in and actively engage with the "Fair Trade Compliance Program."
