Core Principles

Human Rights Violation Response Mechanism

YK Steel has procedures for employees and stakeholders to report human rights violations safely and transparently. Reports can be made anonymously to the Ethics and Compliance Reporting Center, and all submissions will be investigated promptly and fairly. Those who raise concerns will be protected from retaliation. 

Monitoring & Sustainable Development

We monitor the implementation of our human rights management policy and seek sustainable improvement. This policy will be reviewed regularly and adapted to changing social needs and business environments. 

Training & Communication

YK Steel enhances training and communication to help executives, employees, and partners understand and implement our human rights management policy. We will provide a forum for active communication, enabling all stakeholders to collaborate for a sustainable future.
