The compliance team prevents and resolves legal disputes arising between YK Steel and all stakeholders. They analyze relevant laws to proactively prevent legal conflicts or resolve them efficiently, and they provide legal consultation on matters related to the business.

The financial accounting department provides crucial data for monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual management decision-making based on monthly closing reports, as well as coordinating external audits of the closing data. They also conduct financial performance analysis, establish and execute funding plans, and handle tax-related accounting responsibilities for the company’s economic activities, ensuring that YK Steel's operations and sales performance are appropriately communicated to stakeholders to enhance the company's market value.
