Health promotion activities: Health promotion (in-body measurement, basic physical fitness measurement, yoga classes, health promotion events) and health management
Risk assessment: Continuous risk factor improvement activities through computerization of risk assessment system

Safety Health Committee : Transferring YK Steel's knowledge, skills, and experience related to safety and health to partner companies and gathering feedback.
Sharing Safety Health Management Systems : Collaborating with different companies to share their safety management systems, learn the best practices, and apply them, thereby reducing workplace hazards and creating a safer work environment.
